Course Overview
This online Functional Skills Maths course will help you to practise and learn new maths skills and apply maths in the workplace and everyday situations. You will study fractions and percentages, ratio and proportion, measurement, shape and space, and focus on improving problem solving skills and thinking mathematically in everyday life contexts.

You will also be assessed in class by one to one, summative and formative assessments and tutorials. There is an Edexcel exam at the end of the course.

As well as having multiple opportunities for self-assessment, you will be assessed throughout the course on your progress. You will discuss your progress with the tutor at regular intervals, which will help you get exam-ready in terms of your maths skills and confidence. You will then decide on your next steps.
