Course Overview
This interactive course will extend further the skills of speaking, reading listening and writing. You will use a wide range of vocabulary and more complex grammatical structures. At the end of the course you will have reached Level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

You should have completed Spanish Upper Intermediate parts 1 and 2; or have completed approximately 240 hours of previous study or be at Level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

There is no examination with this course.
A tutor conducted initial assessment will be followed by on-going assessment of progress and achievement.

Your tutor will give you continuous feedback on your oral and written work as well as suggestions for improvement. You will have an individual learning plan to monitor your own progress. The tutor will keep a record of your work and performance and discuss this with you.

We expect you to attend all classes, be on time and complete any homework given by your tutor. In general, we will not allow late entry to any course after the first two weeks. In all cases the full fee will be charged. You can discuss issues with your tutor or the Assistant Programme Manager at any time during the course.

If you have declared a learning difficulty, disability or support need whilst enrolling and you require support/assistance in class or to complete your course, please discuss your needs with your tutor at the first lesson.

If you intend to take an examination and feel you have an additional learning need or special requirements, you must declare them to your tutor within the first 2 weeks of your course.

If you are studying in an online group, then you can arrange a one-to-one online discussion with your tutor, after the session, or by email.
