Course Overview

Course Overview
“Reset your day, move, stretch, and feel stronger in just one hour.”

This relaxed and inclusive lunchtime class is designed for all levels (not suitable for absolute beginners). The focus is on building confidence, improving posture, and gently strengthening the body through accessible ballet-based movement. With a shorter class format, sessions are paced to give you a balanced experience of technique, movement, and enjoyment without feeling rushed.

You will explore alignment and posture, helping you become more aware of how you stand and move in everyday life. Simple barre exercises will introduce or reinforce key movements such as pliés and tendus, supporting strength, flexibility, and coordination. In the centre, you will practise short, easy-to-follow sequences that develop balance and musicality. The class aims to leave you feeling refreshed, more confident in your movement, and ready to return to your day with renewed energy.
