Ready to move beyond basic French? This lively and practical course helps you communicate with more confidence in real-life situations, especially when travelling in French-speaking countries. You will develop your ability to talk about past, present and future activities, make plans, and express opinions clearly. Interactive activities and discussions on everyday life and culture will help you gain fluency and confidence.

You will have completed French Beginners Parts 1-3, have studied French for approximately 60 hours or more or be at Level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Your tutor will give you continuous feedback on your oral and written work as well as suggestions for improvement. You will have an individual learning plan to monitor your own progress. The tutor will keep a record of your work and performance and discuss this with you.

You will gain more from the course if you commit study time to it outside the weekly online sessions.
