Course Overview

Course Overview
“Want to build on your Tai Chi and Qi Gong foundations with greater focus, control and awareness?”
This Course focuses on deepening technical understanding and internal awareness within Yang Style Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Learners begin work on the Dark side of the 8 Form, developing greater precision, control, and body alignment. Sessions revisit core principles such as posture, breath coordination, and mental focus, while introducing Wu Shu–inspired conditioning patterns to support strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Key skills are revisited and refined each term. This supports new learners in establishing strong foundations, while enabling returning learners to deepen technique, confidence, and understanding through fresh challenges and material.
