Course Overview

Course Overview
This course focuses on gently releasing tension and stiffness built up through daily activities such as desk work, standing, travel, or stress. Sessions introduce stretching and mobility exercises for commonly tight areas including the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs.
Movements are slow, calm, and easy to follow, with an emphasis on breathing, relaxation, and comfort. Key exercises are repeated regularly so learners can become familiar and confident, making this an ideal starting point for beginners or anyone returning to movement.
The aim is to help learners feel more relaxed, less stiff, and better able to continue with the rest of their day.
