Course Overview

Course Overview
“Build strength, refine your technique, and feel more secure in every step.”

This course is designed for learners who already have some basic ballet experience and want to strengthen their technique and confidence. It offers a supportive space to revisit and refine core principles such as posture, alignment, turnout, and control, helping you develop a stronger and more reliable technical foundation.

Throughout the term, you will work on more structured and detailed barre exercises, focusing on precision, stability, and strength in movements such as pliés, tendus, dégagés, and rond de jambe. In the centre, you will begin to link steps into more sustained combinations, improving your balance, coordination, and control. There is also a focus on understanding how movements connect and flow, helping you dance with greater clarity and confidence. This course is ideal for consolidating your skills while preparing you for more dynamic movement in future terms.
