Course Overview

Course Overview
“Refine your technique and dance with clarity, control, and precision.”

This course is designed for dancers with a solid foundation in ballet who are ready to refine their technique and develop greater precision in their movement. You will revisit core principles such as alignment, turnout, placement, and strength, with a stronger focus on detail and consistency. The aim is to help you move with accuracy and confidence while strengthening the quality of your execution.

Throughout the term, barre work becomes more technically demanding, requiring control, stability, and attention to detail across a range of exercises. In the centre, you will work on more complex combinations, including adage and allegro, developing balance, coordination, and control at a higher level. You will also begin to focus on clean transitions between steps, ensuring your movement is not only accurate but also controlled and intentional. This term supports you in building a secure and polished technical base in preparation for more expressive and dynamic work.
