Course Overview

Course Overview
No experience needed, just curiosity, rhythm and a desire to move.
This course is a welcoming introduction for adults who are new to flamenco, or who want to revisit the fundamentals with confidence. The course focuses on building strong foundations in posture, footwork, arm and hand movement, turns and coordination.
Learners are introduced to flamenco’s distinctive rhythms and musical structures, working with a live guitarist to understand how dance and music interact. Alongside practical technique, you’ll explore key flamenco terminology and gain insight into the cultural roots of the form and its global influences. Returning learners can consolidate technique, while new learners join step by step with clear guidance and support.
