Course Overview
Move from describing to explaining and discussing. You’ll express opinions, give reasons and take part in more detailed conversations about everyday topics and workplace situations.
You’ll practise discussions such as explaining decisions, giving advice, suggesting options, and responding to others’ ideas.
You’ll also engage more with Spanish-speaking cultures through topics such as film, music, media and contemporary life, helping you understand and respond to ideas and opinions in a wider context.
You will begin using el futuro and el condicional, helping you express plans, possibilities and ideas more clearly.

You will have completed Spanish Intermediate Part 1, have studied Spanish for approximately 140 hours or be above Level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

How will you know you are making progress?

How will you know you are making progress?
Your tutor will give you continuous feedback on your oral and written work as well as suggestions for improvement. You will have an individual learning plan to monitor your own progress. The tutor will keep a record of your work and performance and discuss this with you.

You will gain more from the course if you commit study time to it outside the weekly online sessions.

We expect you to attend all classes, be on time and complete any homework given by your tutor. In general, we will not allow late entry to any course after the first two weeks. In all cases the full fee will be charged.
