Course Overview

Course Overview
This course builds on familiar stretches and mobility exercises while encouraging smoother, more flowing movement. Sessions support joints to move through a wider and more comfortable range, helping reduce feelings of tightness and restriction.
Exercises are linked into gentle sequences, with light focus on posture, coordination, and balance. Key movements are revisited, allowing learners to progress gradually while still working safely at their own pace. Beginners continue to build confidence, while returning learners can deepen their practice through improved control, range, and ease of movement.
