Course Overview

Course Overview
“Feel stronger, move smoother, and dance with the music.”

Develop confidence, stamina and coordination. New learners are supported through clear demonstrations and repetition, while returning learners build continuity and fluidity between movements.
The course focuses on layering movements, developing transitions and exploring arm pathways alongside hip and torso patterns. Learners practice longer combinations and begin to respond more actively to musical phrasing and rhythm changes. Physical benefits such as core strength, flexibility and tone continue to grow through sustained movement.
