Course Overview

Course Overview
“Let your movement flow, connect, coordinate, and move with ease.”

This term builds on the foundations of confidence and introduces a greater sense of flow and connection in movement. Suitable for all levels, the class continues to support beginners while offering progression for those with more experience.

You will explore how movements link together, developing smoother transitions and improved coordination between different parts of the body. Exercises and short phrases will become slightly longer, helping you build memory and rhythm while encouraging continuous movement. You will also begin to travel more through space, gaining confidence in direction, timing, and awareness. The classes focus on feeling fluid and connected, helping your movement become more natural and expressive.
