Course Overview

Course Overview
This is where the dance starts to flow and the rhythm really lives in your body.
This course develops musical sensitivity, spatial awareness and coordination. The term builds on core technique while welcoming new improvers through clear structures and supported sequences.
Learners explore more complex step patterns, varied tempos, and group formations. Emphasis is placed on rhythmic precision, smooth transitions, expressive arms and confident use of space. Working closely with live guitar, dancers strengthen their understanding of musical phrasing and deepen their connection between rhythm, movement and expression.
