Course Overview

Course Overview
“Move with ease, discover flow, rhythm, and connection in your dancing.”

This term builds on your technical foundations by focusing on flow, continuity, and musicality. You will explore how movements connect and travel through the body, developing a smoother and more expressive quality of movement while maintaining control.

Classes will include longer phrases and travelling sequences that encourage you to move through space with confidence and fluidity. You will work on transitions, dynamic shifts, and coordination between different parts of the body, helping your dancing feel more connected and less segmented. Musicality plays a key role, supporting your ability to move with rhythm and intention. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable remembering and performing extended sequences with ease.
