Course Overview

Course Overview
Feel the music, trust your body, and let the rhythm carry you.
This course deepens technique while developing musicality, stamina and confidence. This course welcomes new beginners while offering returning learners progression through longer sequences, increased speed, and more detailed rhythmic awareness.
You’ll expand your vocabulary of footwork, arm movements and turns, and work more closely with live guitar to explore phrasing, tempo changes and rhythmic accents. Classes focus on coordination, strength and expressive clarity, helping learners feel more secure dancing with music and within group sequences.
