Course Overview

Course Overview
“Stay consistent, feel the progress, and enjoy dancing with confidence.”

In this final term, the focus is on reinforcing technique and building consistency, helping you feel more secure and confident in your abilities. While still suitable for all levels, the class encourages you to deepen your understanding of movement and maintain quality throughout each session.
You will continue to practise key exercises with greater attention to control, accuracy, and repetition, allowing improvements to become more consistent. Short combinations will be repeated and developed over the weeks, helping you retain movement and build confidence in remembering sequences.
There is also an increased awareness of movement quality, encouraging you to move with intention and clarity.

This term is ideal for consolidating your progress while enjoying the physical and mental benefits of regular movement in a supportive environment.
