Course Overview
This advanced intermediate course focuses on refining your fluency and enabling you to communicate with greater nuance and sophistication. You will develop the ability to express complex ideas, use a wider range of tenses accurately, and engage in more detailed discussions about social, cultural, and everyday topics. Emphasis is placed on spoken communication, helping you participate confidently in extended conversations.

You will have completed French Intermediate Parts 1 and 2, or have studied French for approximately 160 hours or more or be approaching Level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

How will you know you are making progress?
Your tutor will give you continuous feedback on your oral and written work as well as suggestions for improvement. You will have an individual learning plan to monitor your own progress. The tutor will keep a record of your work and performance and discuss this with you.

You will gain more from the course if you commit study time to it outside the weekly sessions.
