Course Overview

Course Overview
This mixed level course focuses on using stretching and mobility to support everyday comfort, wellbeing, and long‑term healthy movement habits. Familiar exercises are revisited and refined, with emphasis on how they can be used throughout the day, at work, at home, or during breaks.

Sessions highlight practical stretches and mobility exercises that help manage stiffness, improve posture, and support regular movement. Learners are encouraged to recognise what helps their own bodies and how to continue short, effective mobility routines independently.

The focus is on feeling better day to day and building confidence to maintain movement beyond the class.
