Course Overview

Course Overview
This course supports learners in practising gentle, fitness focused Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises in a small space with increased ease, control, and physical confidence. Sessions focus on maintaining functional strength, balance, and coordination while reducing unnecessary tension, helping learners move more efficiently and comfortably.

Learners work towards smoother transitions, better weight transfer, and improved postural endurance, supporting mobility, stability, and fall prevention awareness. Breathing and alignment are integrated to help sustain effort, improve movement quality, and support joint health. All exercises remain accessible and adaptable for both seated and standing practice, encouraging independent and safe physical activity.

Learners revisit core fitness skills and apply them with greater consistency and control. This approach supports steady, long term improvement in physical function and encourages learners to continue using Tai Chi as a low impact, sustainable fitness practice beyond the course.
