Course Overview

Course Overview
Discover the joy of dancing with others as you bring a sophisticated choreographed piece to the stage for the end‑of‑year show.

This course is designed for experienced dancers ready to refine technique while taking on a more demanding choreographic challenge. You’ll deepen precision, stamina and expressive clarity as you work with longer phrases, complex transitions and detailed musical interpretation.

Each class begins with a focused barre and centre to reinforce strength, turnout, balance and dynamic control. You’ll then build the choreography progressively, learning intricate sequences with an emphasis on quality, timing and artistry. Unison and ensemble sections challenge your spatial awareness, group coordination and performance confidence, helping you dance with presence and cohesion.

Throughout the term, you’ll revisit essential technical skills to ensure steady artistic and technical development as you prepare to perform a polished piece with control, expression and confidence in the end‑of‑year show.
