Course Overview

Course Overview
Control, coordination and musical clarity.

“Move with intelligence, not force.”

This course deepens technical understanding and physical control through more complex Ballet Floor Barre sequences. Students will refine coordination between the upper and lower body, improve smooth transitions, and work with increased musical and spatial awareness.

Exercises increase in complexity while remaining accessible to new learners through layered progressions. Varied time signatures are explored, alongside expanded anatomical knowledge linking technique to safe and effective movement.

Historical and cross genre influences will be referenced to broaden stylistic awareness.
