Course Overview

Course Overview
Building confidence through movement awareness

“Move with ease. Build strength. Feel more connected in your body.”

This supportive and accessible course uses Ballet Floor Barre as a tool for conditioning, alignment, and movement integration. Emphasis is placed on stamina, continuity of movement, body awareness, breath connection, and musical flow.

Classes incorporate longer sequences and dynamic phrasing while remaining welcoming to both returning and new students. Students will explore how floor barre principles support everyday movement, posture, coordination, and overall physical wellbeing. The course encourages mindful movement patterns, injury aware practice, and sustainable approaches to strength and mobility.

Reflection on personal progress, confidence, and connection to movement is encouraged throughout the term.
