Course Overview

Course Overview
In this course you'll take your Microsoft Office skills to the next level.
You'll learn more advanced features that save you time and make you stand out at work - powerful formulas and charts in Excel, professional slide design in PowerPoint, and calendar management in Outlook. You'll also explore how AI tools built into Microsoft Office can help you draft documents, analyse data, and create presentations faster.

What will you learn and be able to do?

What will you learn and be able to do?
* Create charts and graphs in Excel to present data visually so other people can understand your data at a glance - such as turning monthly sales figures into a bar chart for a report, or making a pie chart showing how a budget is split.
* Design professional PowerPoint presentations with consistent branding so your presentations look like they came from someone who knows what they're doing - such as using your organisation's colours and logo on every slide, adding speaker notes so you remember what to say, and using transitions that look polished rather than distracting.
* Explore AI tools within Microsoft Office so you understand how AI is being integrated into everyday work tools and can use it to work smarter - such as using Copilot to help you draft an email, suggest improvements to a document, or summarise the data in a spreadsheet.
* Collaborate on shared documents using OneDrive or SharePoint so you can work together digitally without emailing files back and forth - such as working on a report with a colleague where you can both edit at the same time, or sharing a folder of project files with your team.
